By accessing and using Mystic Oracle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our service.
2. Service Description
Mystic Oracle provides AI-powered divination readings for entertainment and personal guidance purposes. Our readings combine Eastern and Western divination traditions but should not be considered as professional advice for medical, legal, financial, or other important life decisions.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free tier users receive 1 reading per day.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology on Mystic Oracle are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent. Your reading results are for personal use only.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mystic Oracle is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our readings. Our service is for entertainment and guidance only, and we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from its use.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
